Website Disclaimer
Effective Date: October 6, 2025
The information provided by Black Promoters Collective and its affiliates (collectively, “BPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on our websites, ticketing portals, microsites, and event pages (the “Sites”) is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only.
Accuracy and Reliance
Despite our efforts to maintain accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Sites. All content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the Sites and reliance on any information is at your own risk.
Third-Party Links and Ticketing
We do not sell tickets directly. All ticketing is handled by third-party platforms (e.g. Ticketmaster, AXS, venue systems, or Groupon). These third parties have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices, which govern your transaction. BPC is not responsible for, and disclaims liability for, any third-party content, services, or the actions of third parties.
Event Disclaimers and Admission
Event dates, times, performers, and venues are subject to change without notice. Entry for late arrivals is not guaranteed and is determined by the venue or ticketing provider. BPC is not responsible for denied admission, lost or invalid tickets, or issues arising from unauthorized sellers.
Extras or add-on services (parking, upgrades, insurance, etc.) may be provided by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms. BPC makes no warranties and assumes no liability for these services.
By attending a BPC event or interacting with us, you grant BPC and its partners the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and use your name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes in any media worldwide without compensation or notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BPC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. You hereby release BPC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages (known or unknown), arising out of or in connection with your use of the Sites, events, or third-party services.
If you are a California resident, you expressly waive California Civil Code § 1542, which provides that a general release does not cover claims unknown at the time of execution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Sites, attendance at events, or engagement with third-party platforms. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from BPC’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Updates and Binding Effect
BPC may revise or update this Disclaimer at any time. Any changes become binding after notice is posted on the Sites or by your continued use of the Sites following the notice. Prior versions will be archived and available upon request.
