Starting on Saturday, April 19, the NBA Playoffs tips off with the top 16 teams in the pro basketball league, including the Cleveland Cavaliers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Boston Celtics, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers and others, all vying to hoist the highly-coveted Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy at the end of the season.
The 2024-25 NBA season launched on Oct. 22, 2024 and ended on April 13, ahead of the NBA Play-In Tournament, which launches the postseason, started on April 15. The playoffs games broadcast live across ESPN, TNT, ABC and NBA TV.
