Calling all beauty lovers! Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty sale is finally here, and we’re showing you how to shop it.
Get out your wallets out and take stock of your beauty cabinet, because for 21 days, the beauty retailer is promising up to 50% off on all things beauty. Each day, Ulta will launch a new list of sale items including everything from haircare and makeup to skin, body and suncare.
The sale began Aug. 29, and the first day deals are already hot. We’ve spotted impressive deals on top brands like COSRX, Curlsmith, Urban Decay, R.E.M Beauty and Benefit, among others. If you’re struggling to sift through all the sale products, you’re in luck. We’ve compiled a list of some of the best deals to shop during this can’t-miss sale.
Take it from us at ShopBillboard. We’re the biggest beauty nerds around. If you’re looking to majorly upgrade your beauty, haircare or skincare routine or just a sucker for all things sales, you’re in the right place. Keep reading to shop our picks.
COSRX is beloved by many celebrities, namely Emily Ratajkowski, Ariana Madix, Alex Cooper and even Kyle Richards. The brand’s Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence is a best-selling item for the brand; however, you’re probably asking yourself, ‘What is snail mucin?’ To put it simply, it’s a secretion produced by snails. Gross? Maybe. It works wonders for your skin, though.
The ingredient is hydrating and anti-aging thanks to its glycolic acid properties, which is an exfoliant that promotes cell turnover, reducing the appearance of those pesky fine lines and wrinkles. This essence also plumps, supporting the skin’s elasticity. All in all, this essence is basically ‘glass skin’ in a bottle.
If your curls are lacking definition, look no further than Curlsmith. For our textured hair readers, this Curl Defining Styling Soufflé is a must-have. The best part? The product is currently on sale for just $14 at Ulta Beauty. This gel-formula Soufflé is a level eight, meaning it’ll greatly define the appearance of curls, giving each strand a strong hold. The styling gel is meant for all curl types and defines as well as hydrates.
Like other curl styling products, this formula creates a cast around the strand, holding the curls’ shape. To use, you’ll want to take a good amount into the palm of your hands, tipping your wet curls upside down before scrunching the product into your damp tresses. Once the product is dispersed, you can simply air dry or diffuse for a more defined curl pattern.
Before there was concealer, folks used to prime their eyes with eyeshadow primer to ensure their eyelooks stayed put. Urban Decay’s Primer Potion is pretty legendary in the beauty world. You couldn’t watch one makeup tutorial without seeing this product back in 2013 or 2015. As the name suggests, the product primes the eyelids, giving your eyeshadow a smooth base that makes application easier and more vibrant.
The shadow layered on top also lasts significantly longer. It’s virtually the same concept as a face primer, but for your eyes. These days, most people prime their lids with concealer, or skip the step entirely. Why deprive yourself of enhanced eye makeup? Give this primer a shot. For $14, you won’t regret it.
Another classic product that has ruled the makeup world since the mid-1980s. Benefit’s Benetint Liquid Lip & Cheek Stain is a cult-classic, and for good reason. Even makeup greats like Kevyn Aucoin stashed this product in their kits. The formula is watery but packs a punch of pigment. You’ve got eight shades to choose from, some berry tones, other orange hues, that can be used on the cheeks and lips. The resulting finish is natural but impactful, giving the wearer’s complexion a touch of vibrancy.
There are about a thousand face washes currently available on the market. It’s borderline impossible to choose just one; however, First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser is a stand-out for us for many reasons. It’s a foaming formula, which we personally love, and it’s fragrance-free, meaning it won’t irritate our readers with sensitive skin. Speaking of sensitivity, the wash is extremely gentle, clearing the skin of any dirt or oils without stripping it of the natural oils it needs to function. Getting squeaky clean for just $12? Don’t be fooled by its size. This mini R.E.M. Beauty Midnight Shadows Eyeshadow Palette might be small, but it packs a punch of pigment. Retailing for $12.50, the palette comes with just about everything you need to create a bangin’ eye look, including four neutral mattes and two shimmers for a total of six ultra-blendable shadows all in one place.
