Benji Madden Celebrates ‘My Queen’ Cameron Diaz’s Return to Acting & 10 Years of Marriage

Benji Madden is in proud husband mode. In a sweet Instagram post Friday (Jan. 17), the Good Charlotte guitarist praised Cameron Diaz on her return to acting in new film Back in Action, as well as marked their 10-year wedding anniversary.

Sharing a glamorous shot of the Bad Teacher star looking stunning in a silver dress and red lip, Madden wrote, “This is my QUEEN.”

“I celebrate this BAD A– WOMAN,” he continued. “Wife, Mommy, friend, partner, Boss, and lover. We just hit 10 YEARS married on January 5th and every year only gets more fulfilling. It’s special. Never perfect- always real- always reliable. Every day getting to have my best friend with me ride or die….what a beautiful life- I am GRATEFUL!!!”

Diaz and the musician first met in 2014 through the latter’s twin brother and bandmate, Joel Madden, and his wife, Nicole Richie. They got married the following year and later welcomed daughter Raddix in December 2019, five years before becoming parents again with the arrival of son Cardinal in March 2024.

The Charlie’s Angels actress has also been busy recently with her Hollywood homecoming, with Netflix’s Back in Action — which premiered on the streaming service Friday — marking her first movie in a decade. Also sharing a selfie he snapped outside with his famous wife, Madden made sure to congratulate Diaz on her return to the big screen in his post.
