Charli XCX Invites Troye Sivan to Sweat Some More With Her at 2025 Primavera Sound Festival In Barcelona

Charli XCX has invited Troye Sivan to Sweat with her some more. The Brat star opened the door for a one-time re-boot of her 2024 sold-out Sweat tour with Sivan on Thursday (Dec. 19) when she invited the “Rush” singer to join her on stage again next year.

“ok so i know it’s already been announced that im headlining primavera next year, but i had this idea,” she wrote in an Instagram post that featured the word “SWEAT” in red all-caps type, followed by “PT. 2” and the date she’s appearing at next year’s Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona on June 5. “@troyesivan u wanna ?” she added.

Charli is indeed headlining the first night of Primavera in Barcelona’s Parc del Forum next year at the event that will also feature headliners Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter.

The get-back with Sivan will extend Brat Summer into 2025 after the dynamic duo barnstormed arenas in North America on the 22-city fall Sweat Tour, as well as giving European audiences their first look at the Sweat aesthetic.

Earlier this week, Charli made a surprise appearance during one of Billie Eilish’s show at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, where the two women rocked the stage for the live debut of “Guess,” which appeared on Charli’s remix album Brat and It’s Completely Different but Also Still Brat. Charli also landed at No. 5 on the Billboard staff’s list of Greatest Pop Stars of 2024 thanks to a year when the singer released a “career-defining masterpiece and ruled the summer (and autumn) in pop culture entirely on her own terms.
