A number of high-profile Black and Latino celebrities are expected to Donald Trump‘s inauguration on Monday. The list includes well-known entertainers, athletes and other popularity personalities, NBC News reported. Former NFL player Antonio Brown is among the athletes expected to attend the event, along with boxing legend Mike Tyson, hockey star Evander Kane and UFC fighter Jorge Masvidal. Rappers Rod Wave, Kodak Black and Fivio Foreign are also set to make their appearance.
Rapper Nelly will attend Monday’s festivities as well when he performs at the Inaugural Liberty Ball, CBS News reported.
On Friday, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross and Soulja Boy also performed at the Crypto Ball, a reportedly Trump-affiliated event hosted by his “AI and Crypto Czar” David Sacks.
Other artists expected to attend the inauguration include Puerto Rican reggaeton artists include Anuel AA and Justin Quiles, who have been heavily criticized for showing support to Trump.
R&B singer Chrisette Michele, who performed at Trump’s first inauguration, is among the celebrities who have spoken about the criticism she faced for performing at Trump’s first inauguration. According to NBC News, Michele said she struggled to sell her music after performing at the inauguration.

Y’all gave Chrisette Michelle hell for performing at Trump’s first inauguration; I hope to see the same energy for Snoop Dogg, Nelly, and Rick Ross. pic.twitter.com/fjLZGgwail

Snoop Dogg, Nelly, Soulja Boy, and Rick Ross are all supporting Donald Trump. Surely the culture will treat them the same way they tried to treat Drake by accusing him of being a Trump supporter with no proof right? pic.twitter.com/oTy69yKRAt

I had to unfollow Nelly, Ashanti, & Snoop all in one day. I don’t support people who participate in or support Donald Trump in any way.

For the inauguration itself, with the temperature expected to be extremely cold on Monday, Trump’s team has been forced to make adjustments for the event.
“There is an Arctic blast sweeping the Country,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, per CBS News. “I don’t want to see people hurt, or injured, in any way. … Therefore, I have ordered the Inauguration Address, in addition to prayers and other speeches, to be delivered in the United States Capitol Rotunda, as was used by Ronald Reagan in 1985, also because of very cold weather.”
