Riley Green Ends Up in Emergency Room After Hunting Accident

A recent hunting trip led to the emergency room for country singer/songwriter Riley Green.
“At the emergency room ’cause I stepped on a nail,” Alabama native Green said in a video posted to his Instagram Stories, which showed Green and a friend sitting in a hospital room. The camera panned down to show that one of Green’s boots had been removed. “Impaled my foot, and when I took my boot off, corn fell all over the floor,” Green said in the video, before laughing.

“The lady came in here wanting to know where all the corn came from. It’s from my boot. You don’t want me to take this other one off, either,” he said, laughing again and adding, “It’s real-world problems.”

He posted other photos and videos to his IG Stories chronicling his emergency room visit; one photo depicted Green’s bootless foot (the photo was captioned “Hospital vibes”). In another video, Green’s friend gets to the important matter: asking when Green can resume hunting.

“Just hit us with it straight, doc,” Green said, before the doctor replied that Green could resume hunting immediately.

Indeed, Green wasn’t off his feet for long. On Monday afternoon (Jan. 6), he posted another video to his Instagram Stories, which depicted Green back out in the snowy woods, ready to put in another round of hunting.

“Somethin’ might be wrong with me at this point,” he captioned the video.

Beyond hunting, Green has been gearing up for his headlining Damn Country Music Tour, which launches in March. The tour will feature his “You Look Like You Love Me” collaborator Ella Langley on all tour dates, while Drake White, Vincent Mason, Lauren Watkins, Jake Worthington, Preston Cooper, Erik Dylan, Wyatt McCubbin, and Channing Wilson will open various shows throughout the tour.

Green recently earned the Billboard Country Airplay chart-topper “You Look Like You Love Me” in collaboration with Langley. The tour follows Green’s most recent album, Don’t Mind If I Do, which also includes another Langley collaboration on the title track, and features the fan-favorite favorite track “Jesus Saves.”

Blac Chyna established herself as a businesswoman, beginning in 2013. She first enrolled in JLS Professional Makeup Artist School in Los Angeles, to learn all she could about cosmetics and proper application of makeup. Afterward, she kicked off her first company, 88Fin. The online clothing store offered a wide variety, much of which was modeled by Chyna herself. As of 2024, the brand has been closed down, though it’s unclear why.

Putting her makeup training to use, she created Lashed by Blac Chyna, also in 2013. The brand initially only offered high-quality eyelash extensions. The following year, she took Lashed to new heights by opening a beauty bar in Encino, Los Angeles, which specialized in the perfect eye looks. Throughout the years, the 36-year-old has grown Lashed into a full cosmetic line, offering lip glosses, bronzers, and skincare products. This seems to be her long-running business, now having been operating for over a decade and contributing to her $1.5 million net worth, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Reality Television Has Been a Lucrative Venture for Blac Chyna

In early 2016, Chyna began dating Rob Kardashian, and the couple welcomed their daughter in November of that year. Their love was showcased on the E! series, Rob & Chyna. The show only lasted seven episodes, with rumors of their tumultuous relationship as the reason the network pulled away. However, Chyna suggested that the Kardashian family had sabotaged their series and relationship. When the show was canceled, she was paid a $100,000 “kill fee.”

She bounced back with another show in 2019, The Real Blac Chyna, which aired on Zeus Network. The series followed her personal and business life. Ariana Grande Reveals Plans to Release ‘An Attachment’ to ‘Eternal Sunshine’: ‘That Does Exist’

Ariana Grande‘s Eternal Sunshine era is not over. Though she’s been focused on all things Glinda since the release of Wicked, she’s got some kind of companion to her 2024 album up her sleeves.
The “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)” singer was asked if she’s working on any new music while walking the 2025 Golden Globes red carpet Sunday night (Jan. 5). Grande was nominated in the award category of best performance by a female actor in a supporting role in any motion picture, for her role in Wicked; the award ended up going to Zoe Saldaña, for her work in Emilia Pérez.

“It’s not something I’m thinking about right now,” Grande told Access Hollywood, before teasing: “But, you know, there’s something I made last year that will come out eventually. It’s an attachment of Eternal Sunshine. So, that does exist, and that will be coming out at some point.”“But no, I’m not in the studio at the moment,” she clarified.

What exactly is “an attachment of Eternal Sunshine“? With no further details provided, it’s hard to say — but “attachment” is an interesting word choice. It could just be a roundabout way of referring to an extended version of the album, with previously unheard songs, or perhaps it could be a standalone project that’s tied to Eternal Sunshine in some way.

Eternal Sunshine ruled the Billboard 200 at No. 1 for two weeks in 2024, and it’s spent a total of 42 weeks on the chart so far. Album singles “Yes, And?” and “We Can’t Be Friends” both reached No. 1 on the Hot 100.

The standard release of Eternal Sunshine was already followed by a “Slightly Deluxe” version of the album, featuring four additional tracks, in March: “Yes, And?” with Mariah Carey, “Supernatural” with Troye Sivan, an acoustic recording of “Imperfect for You” and an a capella version of “True Story.”

While Grande didn’t take home an award Sunday night, she glowed at the Golden Globes in pale yellow, archival Givenchy. With her hair pulled back in a sweet ponytail and gloves covering her arms, the focus was on the empire-waist, beaded-bodice gown the singer-actress wore from the designer’s 1966 collection. According to People, an archivist at Givenchy shared, “The dress is pale yellow silk with a hand-beaded bodice … from the epic Givenchy Haute Couture/Audrey Hepburn era … one of the most important unions between a designer and muse.”

Joe Alywn Comments on Working With Taylor Swift During the Pandemic: ‘That Was Pretty Special’

Joe Alwyn and Taylor Swift‘s years-long relationship, which came to an end in 2023, continues to make headlines in 2025.
The actor, who starred in A24’s The Brutalist and is presumably doing press for the film ahead of Oscar nominations being determined and announced this month, recently spoke with The Guardian about his work on the project — which premiered at Venice, with director Brady Corbet receiving the Silver Lion honor for best direction, and is up for several Golden Globes. An interview about Alwyn’s journey as an actor shifted topics to his experience with fame, and how dating one of the most recognizable pop stars in the world accelerated his ascent into celebrity.

The Guardian asked Alwyn if he worried “his relationship with Swift would overshadow his career.”

“I have tried just to focus on controlling what I can control,” Alwyn said. Looking back to his earliest work in the industry, in the 2016 film Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk, he added, “And right from the beginning, tried to focus on the things that are meaningful for me: friends, family, work, of course. So noise outside of that, I think I’ve done what lots of people who find themselves in the public eye do, which is just try and ignore it. If you don’t, and if you let all of that other stuff in, and if it starts to affect you and your behavior, you’re living from the outside in. And then you’re pretty f—ed.”

When the publication’s reporter pressed that Alwyn “must just want to move on” from the public scrutiny he faced during his time with Swift, Alwyn tactfully made it clear that he has moved on, while pointing out that moving on remains “something for other people to do.”

“We’re talking about something that’s a while ago now in my life,” he replied. “So that’s for other people. That’s what I feel.”

In the article, published Sunday (Jan. 5), Alwyn spoke fondly of his collaborative work with his ex. He received credit as songwriter “William Bowery” on songs from Swift’s pandemic-era sister albums, 2020’s Folklore (“Exile,” “Betty”) and Evermore (“Champagne Problems,” “Coney Island,” “Evermore”), and on one from 2022’s Midnights (“Sweet Nothing”). Alwyn also received credit as a co-producer on several Folklore tracks, which resulted in him being awarded an album of the year Grammy alongside Swift, Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner in 2021.

“Lockdown was a whole host of surprises and that was pretty special,” Alwyn said of writing songs with Swift.

He continued, “That was not something I would have foreseen.”

The last time Alwyn, who’s known to stay quiet about his private life, spoke of his past relationship with The Tortured Poets Department hitmaker was in the summer, when The Sunday Times Style Magazine also brought her up in their convo with the actor.

“I would hope that anyone and everyone can empathize and understand the difficulties that come with the end of a long, loving, fully committed relationship of over six and a half years. That is a hard thing to navigate,” said Alwyn, who navigated questions about Swift carefully; he noted they’d agreed to “keep the more private details of our relationship private” during their time together.

Of their split, which made the news on April 8, 2023, he noted to The Sunday Times, “What is unusual and abnormal in this situation is that, one week later, it’s suddenly in the public domain and the outside world is able to weigh in … So you have something very real suddenly thrown into a very unreal space: tabloids, social media, press, where it is then dissected, speculated on, pulled out of shape beyond recognition. And the truth is, to that last point, there is always going to be a gap between what is known and what is said. I have made my peace with that.”

Chick-fil-A Waffle Fries Recipe Changed? Some Fans Apparently React In Fury

Controversy is brewing at Chick-fil-A after the fast-food chain announced changes to its popular waffle fries. On its website, the company revealed it is “making a slight adjustment” to the recipe to help the fries “stay crispier, longer.” However, the new recipe may pose issues for customers with food allergies.

“While the new recipe doesn’t contain any of the nine major allergens, the new Waffle Potato Fries coating does contain pea starch,” Chick-fil-A stated.

A Fashion Designer’s Displeasure With the New Recipe

Fashion designer Daryl-Ann Denner joined the chorus of complaints, expressing her disappointment on Instagram Stories, according to People.

“One of my New Year’s resolutions is to somehow convince @chickfila to return their fries back to normal,” Denner wrote. “They added this P protein according to their website so they don’t get soggy. But now they just taste gross. You know I love you, Chick-fil-A. You can do no wrong, except this lol.”

Denner, a frequent Chick-fil-A customer, said she first noticed the change during a November visit.

“At first, I just thought I kept getting a bad batch,” she told Southern Living. “Then, I blamed it on the location being off, but when I visited another location with my mom, I asked her if she noticed that the fries were grainier than usual.”

After seeing the announcement on Chick-fil-A’s website, Denner decided to stop ordering the fries.

“They used to be my favorite snack,” she said. “[But] they are dry, grainy, and have no flavor anymore. My kids won’t even eat them.”

Fans Voice Concerns About the New Waffle Fries Recipe

Many fans took to social media to share their frustration with the updated waffle fries recipe.

“I love soggy fries. Please, we are begging you,” one person commented on Instagram, according to People.

Another dissatisfied customer wrote, “Please change the fries back. They aren’t as good anymore. They don’t taste the same, and I hate how hard they are.”

Allergy Concerns Add to the Backlash

One mother expressed concern about how the new recipe affects families with food allergies.

“Please go back to the original fries,” the mom pleaded. “My daughter has an allergy to peas and pea protein. We can no longer visit the restaurant due to allergy concerns and cross-contamination.”

Camila Cabello and Henry Junior Chalhoub, the Lebanese businessman the pop star’s rumored to be dating, were caught in a PDA-filled moment in paparazzi photos published by TMZ on Sunday (Jan. 4).
The “I Luv It” singer and her apparent love interest were seen frolicking in the ocean in St. Barts over the weekend. Pictures posted on TMZ and Page Six show the couple locking lips and being playful at the beach, where they held hands and enjoyed time together in the water.

Cabello, wearing a brown and white triangle bikini top and coordinating bottoms, kissed Chalhoub while the pair went for a swim.

The New Year sighting of Cabello and Chalhoub together in Saint Barthélemy is the first time they’ve been captured on camera getting cozy. Though neither of them have confirmed being in a relationship, rumors previously surfaced of them linking up in November in Saudi Arabia, at an after-party for an Elie Saab fashion show. Cabello performed a medley of singles including “Never Be the Same,” “Shameless,” “Señorita,” “Havana” and “I Luv It” at the Elie Saab show.

The Chalhoub family is behind the Middle East’s leading luxury retailer, the Chalhoub Group, headquartered in Dubai.

Last month, Cabello spoke about the response to her most recent album, 2024’s C,XOXO, in a profile for Nylon. C,XOXO debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard 200 albums chart upon its release in June.

Cabello said she felt the album was “misunderstood,” but she got praise from the best: “Oh, f—, now I’m going to sound name-drop-y,” she said. “But Beyoncé told me she loved my album, OK? That’s the gold star.”

“And I walked away fully, like, tears brimming in my eyes,” Cabello said. “She’s somebody I’ve watched from my childhood. Her and Taylor saying nice things about the album really meant a lot to me. Any time an artist that I respect has said something to me like, ‘Hey, I really love what you’re doing,’ it recharges my battery. A lot of the time I felt so misunderstood.”
